My mother is incredibly particular about her facials and she absolutely loved the treatment she received. She loved the experience so much she then booked me an appointment as well. I also had a wonderful experience. Every single staff member there is super nice, courteous, knowledgable and kind. The massage and facial itself was top notch. They use high end products and not just any cheap products off the drugstore shelf or amazon. They really have in depth knowledge of what they are doing and how they need to treat different skin types and concerns. My mother has mature skin and I have acne prone skin. We both received tailored facials for our skin types and we have never been happier. I highly recommend this place!

I finally booked a facial at Pure + Simple Oshawa and I am so glad I did. It was such a nice experience and wonderful treat for myself. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious and dark and relaxing. Yailin did my facial and she was so gentle with my skin, and great to talk to. I can have sensitive skin sometimes, but had no problem with any of the products. Yailin also gave me great tips and helpful suggestions for my skincare routine. Leslie, the owner, cashed me out and she was so lovely as well. Watching and listening to her interact with other customers, you can tell she cares about each and every single person there. She never made anyone feel rushed or ignored, even when it was busy in the store. I got the vibe that everyone actually tries to get to know you there and want to make you feel special.
